في 19 مايو 2024، تحطمت مروحية طراز بل 212 بالقرب من ورزقان، إيران، بينما كانت في طريقها من سد خداآفرين إلى تبريز، مما أسفر عن مقتل جميع ركابها الخمسة وأعضاء طاقمها الثلاثة.[3][4] كانت المروحية تقل الرئيس الإيراني إبراهيم رئيسي، وزير الخارجية حسين أمير عبد اللهيان، محافظ أذربيجان الشرقية مالك رحمتي، وممثل القائد الأعلى في أذربيجان الشرقية محمد علي آل-هاشم. كما قُتل في الحادث رئيس أمن الرئيس الإيراني وثلاثة من أفراد طاقم الطائرة.[5][6][7]

وقع الحادث في محافظة أذربيجان الشرقية، بالقرب من مدينة جلفا، على الحدود الإيرانية الأذربيجانية.[8][9] افادت الإذاعة الإيرانية أن عمليات الإنقاذ واجهت صعوبات بسبب تضاريس الغابات الكثيفة، والتي ازدادت صعوبة بسبب الظروف الجوية السيئة مثل الأمطار الغزيرة والضباب والرياح القوية.[8] للمساعدة في البحث عن المروحية، حُشدت مسيرات، وفرق بحث وإنقاذ، وكلاب مدربة، ونظام كوپرنيكوس الساتلي.[10][11][12]

الرئيس الإيراني إبراهيم رئيسي ونظيره الأذربيجاني إلهام علييڤ على الحدود الأذربيجانية الإيرانية.


في 18 مايو 2024 كان رئيسي في أذربيجان السابق لافتتاح سداً مع الرئيس الأذربيجاني إلهام علييڤ، والسد هو الثالث الذي بنته الدولتان على نهر أراس. وفي 19 مايو 2024، أشارت تقارير إلى أن المروحية التي تقل الرئيس الإيراني إبراهيم رئيسي، تعرضت لحادث في محافظة أذربيجان الشرقية. وتمكن بعض مرافقي الرئيس الإيراني في هذه المروحية من الاتصال بالمركز.

كانت هذه القافلة تضم 3 مروحيات، حيث وصلت مروحيتان تقلان بعض الوزراء والمسؤولين بسلام إلى وجهتهما. وتشير المعلومات إلى أن إمام جمعة تبريز آية الله هاشم ومحافظ أذربيجان الشرقية ووزير الخارجية حسين أمير عبد اللهيان كانا على متن المروحية التي تقل الرئيس الإيراني.[13]

وبدأت فرق الإنقاذ التابعة للهلال الأحمر والقوات العسكرية وقوات الشرطة المساعدة في عملية واسعة النطاق للعثور على هذه المروحية. ويقول السكان المحليون إن حالة المروحية لا تزال مجهولة بسبب الأجواء الضبابية في المنطقة.

وبحسب الاتصال الهاتفي لأحد مرافقي الرئيس بالمركز بعد الحادث، فإن هناك آمال كبيرة في انتهاء هذا الحادث دون وقوع خسائر في الأرواح. وقد وصل السيد مهرابيان والسيد بذرباش، وزيرا الطاقة والطرق، اللذان كانا على متن مروحيات أخرى، إلى وجهتهما بسلام.

ووصف التلفزيون الرسمي منطقة الحادث بأنها قريبة من مدينة جلفا الواقعة على الحدود الإيرانية مع أذربيجان، على بعد حوالي 600 كيلومتر شمال غرب العاصمة الإيرانية طهران.[14]

وقبل يوم من وقوع الحادث، أصدرت منظمة الأرصاد الجوية الإيرانية تحذيرًا برتقاليًا من الطقس في المنطقة.[15]


تحطم المروحية

بعد مراسم افتتاح سد قيز قلعة سي، غادرت مروحية تقل رئيسي، وزير الخارجية حسين أمير عبد اللهيان، محافظ أذربيجان الشرقية مالك رحمتي، وممثل القائد الأعلى في أذربيجان الشرقية محمد علي آل-هاشم[16] مع مروحيتين أخريين في قافلة إلى تبريز.[4] حوالي الساعة 13:30 بحسب التوقيت المحلي (UTC+03:30)، تحطمت الطائرة التي يستقلها رئيسي[4] بعد فترة وجيزة أجرى بعض ركابها مكالمة طوارئ. وصل وزير الطاقة علي أكبر محرابيان ووزير الإسكان والنقل مهرداد بذرپاش، اللذين كانا يستقلان المروحيتين الأخريين، بسلام.[17]

أفادت تقارير متضاربة أن المروحية تحطمت إما بالقرب من جلفا، أو شرق قرية أوزي.[18] ولم يتم الكشف عن الموقع الدقيق للمروحية وحالتها.[19] وبحسب إيرنا، بناءً على روايات السكان، تحطمت المروحية في منطقة غابة ديزمار، الواقعة بين أوزي وپير داود. أبلغ سكان منطقة ورزقان في شمال محافظة أذربيجان الشرقية عن سماع أصوات صادرة من المنطقة المجاورة.[4]

تحطم المروحية على بعد 2 كيلومتر تقريباً غرب قرية أوزي.[11][8][20] يقع موقع التحطم داخل منطقة غابات ديزمار، وهي رواق للحياة البرية بالقرب من منطقة ورزقان في شمال محافظة أذربيجان الشرقية.[4][21]

جهود الإنقاذ

وصفت وسائل الإعلام الإيرانية الحادث بأنه هبوط صعب. أمر اللواء محمد باقري، رئيس أركان القوات المسلحة الإيرانية، جميع فروعها بنشر مواردها الكاملة في عمليات الإنقاذ.[17] أثر الضباب الكثيف على عمليات البحث والإنقاذ في ورزقان.[10] بحسب الگارديان، من المتوقع أن تصل فرق البحث والإنقاذ إلى موقع الحادث بحلول الساعة 20:00.[22] وبحلول الساعة 20:39، كانت القوات الإيرانية قريبة من موقع الحادث.[23] وأُرسل لموقع الحادث، أربعين فريق إنقاذ من الهلال الأحمر الإيراني،[17] وعدد من المسيرات.[24] بحسب الگارديان، أجرى المسؤولون اتصالات مع أحد الركاب وأحد أفراد الطاقم.[25]

بحلول الساعة 21:46، أفادت وسائل الإعلام الإيرانية أنه تم تحديد موقع المروحية.[26] بينما نفى الصليب الأحمر هذه التقارير.[27]

ألغت الحكومة الإيرانية اجتماعاً لمجلس الوزراء.[28] سافر مسئولين رفيعي المستوى وأعضاء المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي إلى تبريز.[29]

طلبت إيران من تركيا مروحية بحث وإنقاذ مجهزة بتقنيات الرؤية الليلية، بحسب رئيس وكالة إدارة الكوارث التركية آفاد.[30] كما تعهدت تركيا بإرسال 32 من أفراد الإنقاذ وست مركبات.[31] أظهرت الإحداثيات التي حددتها المسيرة التركية بيرقدار آقنجي أن موقع التحطم يقع على منحدر جبلي شديد الانحدار على بعد 20 كيلومتراً جنوب الحدود الإيرانية الأذربيجانية.[32][33]

وفي وقت لاحق من 19 مايو، أفادت هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون الإيرانية أنه تم العثور على المروحية[34] وأنه "لا توجد علامات على وجود أحياء" في مكان الحادث.[35] عقب ارتطامها، تحطمت المروحية[36] تماماً باستثناء ذيلها.[32]

التبعات

كان رئيسي ثاني رئيس إيراني يلقى مصرعه وهو في منصبه، بعد محمد-علي رجائي، الذي قُتل في تفجير عام 1981.[37] يبدأ خط الخلافة الرئاسي في إيران بمحمد مخبر، أول نائب لرئيس إيران. إذا نُقلت السلطة إلى نائب الرئيس بهذه الطريقة، فإن القانون الإيراني ينص على وجوب الدعوة إلى عقد انتخابات رئاسية جديدة في غضون ستة أشهر.[38] في 20 مايو، صرح مجلس الوزراء الإيراني إن الحكومة ستواصل العمل "دون أي انقطاع".[32] وفي اليوم نفسه، قام القائد الأعلى علي خامنئي بتعيين محمد مخبر رسميًا كرئيس بالإنابة، في حين عُين علي باقري كوزير للخارجية بالإنابة.[39]

ألقى وزير الخارجية الإيراني السابق محمد جواد ظريف باللوم على الولايات المتحدة في الحادث، قائلًا في مقابلة إن الحظر على بيع الطائرات وقطع غيار الطيران لإيران "ستكون مسجلة في قائمة الجرائم الأمريكية ضد الشعب الإيراني".[39] حصلت إيران على معظم أسطولها الجوي العسكري قبل الثورة الإيرانية عام 1979، لكنها تواجه تحديات في الحصول على القطع الضرورية بسبب العقوبات الدولية ضد البلاد.[8]

وسط اتهامات بتورط إسرائيل،[73][74] ذكر مسؤول إسرائيلي أن إسرائيل لم تكن متورطة في الحادث.[75][76] ورغم عدم صدور رد فعل رسمي من الحكومة الإسرائيلية، إلا أن المعارضة الإسرائيلية قالت إنها "لن تذرف دمعة" على الحادث.[75]

الدولية

أفادت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية أنها على علم بالحادث. وتم إطلاع الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن، على الأمر، بحسب البيت الأبيض.[77]

أعلن يانز لنارچيچ، المفوض الأوروپي لإدارة الأزمات، أن الاتحاد الأوروپي سيقوم بتفعيل خدمة كوپرنيكوس لرسم الخرائط الساتلية للاستجابة السريعة بناءً على طلب إيران.[78] وقد عرضت ثلاث من دول الجوار – العراق وأذربيجان وأرمينيا – بالإضافة إلى روسيا، المساعدة في عملية البحث.[79][80][81]

التنظيمات الموالية

أعربت عدة تنظيمات إسلامية تدعمها إيران عن تعازيها. أعرب محمد الحوثي، وزير الداخلية اليمني في حكومة الحوثي، عن تعازيه للشعب الإيراني وقيادته وأسر الضحايا. ونعت حماس في بيان لها فقدان "مؤيد شريف".[86] كما نعى حزب الله رئيسي، ووصفه بأنه حامي محور المقاومة.[87]
