يانيس ڤاروفاكيس (باليونانية: Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης؛ و. 24 مارس 1961)، هو اقتصادي يوناني. وهو وزير المالية اليوناني الحالي.[2] في الانتخابات العامة، يناير 2015، أُنتخب عضواً في البرلمان اليوناني، ممثلاً سيريزا،[3] وبعد يومين، تولى المنصب في حكومة ألكسيس تسيپراس الجديدة، في 27 يناير 2015.[4] وهو اقتصادي سياسي ومؤلف، ويحمل الجنسية اليونانية-الأسترالية.

يشارك ڤاروفاكيس في النقاشات الحالية حول الأزمة المالية والأوروپية، وهو مؤلف المينوتور العالمي، وأستاذ النظرية الاقتصادية في جامعة أثينا ومستشار خاص لمؤسسة ڤالڤ.
