غينيا الجديدة الألمانية (ألمانية: Deutsch-Neuguinea)كانت الجزء الأول من الامبراطورية الألمانية الاستعمارية. وكانت محمية في الفترة من 1884 حتى 1914 عندما سقطت على يد القوات الاسترالية بعد اندلاع الحرب العالمية الأولى. وكانت تتألف من الجزء الشمالي الشرقي من غينيا الجديدة وعدة مجموعات من الجزر القريبة. والجزء البري الرئيسى من غينيا الجديدة الألمانية والجزر القريبة من أرخبيل بسمارك هي الآن جزءا من پاپوا غينيا الجديدة.
