جوزب "پپ" گوارديولا سالا ( Josep Pep Guardiola Sala ؛ النطق القطلاني: [ʒuˈzɛb ɡwəɾðiˈɔlə]؛ وُلِد في 18 يناير 1971) هو مدرب كرة قدم اسباني ولاعب سابق، يدرب حالياً نادي مانشستر سيتي بالدوري الإنگليزي الممتاز.[3] گوارديولا هو المدرب الوحيد الذي فاز بالثلاثية القارية مرتين، وأصغر مدرب فاز بـدوري أبطال أوروبا، وهو صاحب الأرقام القياسية لأكبر عدد من الفوز في مباريات الدوري متتالية في كل من الدوري الإسباني، والدوري الألماني والدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز.
