أوس‌وِيو Oswiu (ح. 612 – 15 فبراير 670)، ويُعرف أيضاً بإسم أوس‌وي Oswy أو أوس‌ويگ Oswig (الإنگليزية القديمة: Ōswīgcode: ang is deprecated )، كان ملك برنيقيا. أبوه إيثل‌فريث من برنيقيا، قـُتل في معركة ضد ردوالد، ملك شرق أنگليا و إدوين من ديرا عند نهر آيدل في 616. ومع أشقائه ومؤيديه، ذهب أوس‌وِيو للمنفى حتى وفاة إدوين في 633.

في غبيلينغ عام 651 تسبب بمقتل أوزوين قريب إدوين الذي أصبح ملكا على ديرا وبعد سنوات قليلة سيطر على تلك المملكة ويظهر انه وحد قواه بمساعدة الكنيسة ومجموعة من الحالفات عن طريق الزواج، وفي عام 642 تقريبا تزوج إنفليد ابنة إدوين فوحد بهذا العائلتين المتصارعتين في نورثمبريا، أم ابنته فقد تزوجت بيدا بن بيندا ملك مرسيا، بينما الابنة الأخرى أوسثريث إثلرد الابن الثالث لنفس الملك.

كان اوزوي مسئولا عن إعادة الساكسون الشرقيين إلى المسيحية. ويقال انه أقنع الملك سيغبرت بحقيقة المسيحية بمناقشاته ، وبطلب الخير قام أوزوي بإرسال بعثة إلى إسكس، وفي عام 655 هوجم من قبل بيندا وبعد محاولة فاشلة ليقنعه بالعدول تحارب الملكان وهزم الملك المرسي وقتل في معركة وينواد، ثم احتل أجزاء من مرسيا وأعطى البقية لبيدا، وكنوع من الشكر أهدى ابنته للكنيسة، وبنى دير ويتبي.

في هذا الوقت يظن انه حصل على موطئ قدم في المملكة البكتية عندما اعتلى ملكهم تالوركان العرش وكان ابن أخيه إنفريد، وفي عام 660 زوج ابنه إغفريث إلى إثيلثريث ابنة الملك أنا ملك أنكليا الشرقية، وفي عام 664 في مجمع ويتبي الكنسي تقبل أعراف الكنيسة الكاثوليكية التي أدت لإبعاد كولمان وتعيين ويلفريد كأسقف ليورك، ومات حوالي العام 670 وخلفه ابنه إغفريث.
