گوستاڤ كايبوت

گوستاڤ كايبوت Gustave Caillebotte (ع. 19 أغسطس, 1848-21 فبراير, 1894), كان رساماً فرنسياً وعضواً وراعياً لمجموعة من الفنانين تـُعرف بالإنطباعيين, بالرغم من أنه رسم بطريقة أكثر واقعية من العديد من الفنانين الآخرين في المجموعة. تميز كايبوت باهتمامه المبكر بالتصوير الفوتوغرافي كصيغة فنية.

مجموعة كايبوت

في وصيته, تبرع كايبوت بمجموعة كبيرة إلى الحكومة الفرنسية. هذه المجموعة ضمت 68 لوحة من رسم العديد من الفنانين: كامي پيسارو (تسع عشرة), كلود مونيه (أربع عشرة), پيير-أوگوست رنوار (عشر), ألفريد سيسلي (تسع), إدگار ديگا (سبع), پول سيزان (خمس), وإدوار مانيه (أربع). ^[1]
