Liberalism US is used to create an navigation sidebar with links to key figures, organizations, and concepts of Liberalism in the United States. The template makes uses {{Sidebar with collapsible lists}}.

Usage

Transclude this template by placing {{Liberalism US}} at the desired page.

Sidebar

  • This template includes {{collapsible list}}s. By default, all lists are collapsed. To show all lists expanded, use {{Modern liberalism US footer/doc |expanded=all}}. To show one particular list expanded while the others remain collapsed, use {{Modern liberalism US footer/doc |expanded=listname}}, where listname is one of schools, principles, history, intellectuals, politicians, jurists, parties, think tanks, other organizations, media, see also. (Omit any speech or quotemarks.)
    For example, {{Modern liberalism US footer/doc |expanded=principles}}.

This template's initial visibility currently defaults to expanded, meaning that it is fully visible.

To change this template's initial visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:

  • {{Modern liberalism US footer|state=collapsed}} will show the template collapsed, i.e. hidden apart from its title bar.
  • {{Modern liberalism US footer|state=autocollapse}} will show the template autocollapsed, i.e. if there is another collapsible item on the page (a navbox, sidebar, or table with the collapsible attribute), it is hidden apart from its title bar, but if not, it is fully visible.
