الحكم العسكري الإسرائيلي هو اسم يطلق على هيئة الحكم العسكري الذي تأسس في أعقاب حرب 1967 في يونيو 1967 وكانت مهمتها التحكم بالسكان المدنيين في الضفة الغربية، وقطاع غزة، وشبه جزيرة سيناء، وهضبة الجولان. وقد اعتمدت على نظام روابط القرى. تم إنهاء سلطة الحكم العسكري فعلياً بإعادة سيناء إلى السيادة المصرية في 1982 كما نصت معاهدة السلام المصرية الإسرائيلية وتحويل الحكم العسكري في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية إلى الإدارة المدنية الإسرائيلية في عام 1981. وضمت إسرائيل الجزء الغربي من هضبة الجولان فعلياً في العام نفسه مما ألغى نظام الحكم العسكري كلياً.

فعلياً، منذ يونيو 1967، مارست إسرائيل حكما عسكرياً في المناطق التي استولت عليها في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة وشبه جزيرة سيناء ومرتفعات الجولان، بناء على معاهدة جنيڤ الرابعة، التي تنص على استخدام القانون الدولي للحكم العسكري في المناطق المحتلة. القدس الشرقية was the only exception from this order, and it was effectively added to القدس municipal area as early as 1967, and extending Israeli law to the area (effectively annexing it).

The military government's authority was effectively cancelled with the Egypt–Israel Peace Treaty, which led it to give up the Sinai Peninsula in 1982 and transform the military rule in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank into Israeli Civil Administration in 1981. The creation of a civil administration for the West Bank and Gaza Strip was included within the Camp David Accords signed by Egypt and Israel in 1978. The nature of this civil administration body was defined in الأمر العسكري رقم 947، by the 1981 military government of الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة. The Western part of Golan Heights was effectively annexed to Israel the same year, thus abolishing the Military Governorate system entirely.
