أكسيد التنگستن الثلاثي مركب كيميائي له الصيغة W2O3 .عدد أكسدة التنگستن في هذا المركب +3. وقد أفيد في 2006 أنه ينمو كغلالة رقيقة بترسيب طبقة ذرية عند درجة حرارة بين 140 و 240 °س باستخدام W2(N(CH3)2)6 as a precursor.[1] It is not referred to in major textbooks.[2][3] بعض الأدبيات القديمة تشير إلى المركب W2O3 ولكن لما كان الوزن الذري للتنجستن كان يُعتقد في ذلك الوقت أنه 92، أي تقريباً نصل نصف القيمة المقبولة حالياً وهي 183.84، فإن المركب يشار إليه فعلياً أنه WO3.[4]
