پابلو أو پاو ريڤادولا دورو (إنگليزية: Pau Rivadulla Duró؛ و. 9 أغسطس 1988)،[1] وشهرته الفنية پابلو هاسيل (إنگليزية: Pablo Hasél)، هو راپر، كاتب، شاعر وناشط سياسي قطالوني.[2][3][4] عادة ما تؤيد أغانيه السياسات اليسارية، مما أوقعه في مشكلات مع القضاء الإسپاني، الذي انتقدت أحكامه باعتبارها هجوماً على حرية التعبير، في قطالونيا وإسپانيا وخارجها.[5][6][7][8][9] يُتهم هاسيل بإهانة النظام الملكي الإسپاني، وإهانة الجيش وقوات الشرطة، والإشادة بالإرهاب والجماعات المحظورة،[10] حكم عليه في 16 فبراير 2021 بالسجن تسعة أشهر، مما أدى إلى اندلاع العديد من الاحتجاجات وأعمال الشغب.[11][12][13]

وُلد پابلو أو پاو ريڤادولا دورو (تختلف المصادر حول اسمه الأول، إلى أن اسم پاو هو النسخة الإسپانية والقطالونية من اسم پول) في ليدا، قطالونيا في 9 أغسطس 1988 لوالده إگناسيو ريڤادولا ووالدته پالوما دورو.[15] كان والده إگناسيو رجل أعمال ورئيس نادي ليدا لكرة القدم[16] وكانت والدته پالوما من أسرة محامين من الطبقة العليا.[15] اسم هاسيل الفني مشتق من شخصية ثورية في قصة عربية قصيرة.[17] في مقابلة أجريت في مارس 2018 ، قال هاسيل إنه لم يتمكن من العثور على عمل بسبب إدانته الجنائية التي حرمته من العمل في القطاع العام لعشر سنوات، وأن آخر عمل له كان قطف العنب بفرنسا.[17]

في أكتوبر 2011، اعتقل هاسيل وأُفرج عنه بكفالة بسبب أغنية بعنوان "Democracia su Puta Madre" أشاد فيها بكمارادا أرناس، العضو المدان في جماعة گراپو الإرهابية.[18] في أبريل 2014، حكم عليه بالسجن سنتين بسبب تسع أغاني يمدح فيها گراپو وإيتا[5][19][20][21] فصيل الجيش الأحمر والأرض الحرة.[12] تم تعليق هذا الحكم لثلاث سنوات في سبتمبر 2019، بشرط عدم العودة إلى الجريمة.[22] نفى هاسيل بشدة التقارير الإعلامية التي ذكرت أن القاعدة|القاعدة ضمن الجماعات التي اتهم بدعمها.[23]

في مايو 2014، ألقي القبض على هاسيل مرة أخرى لكونه جزءاً من مجموعة هاجمت مجموعة أخرى، منصة قطالونيا، التي يعتقد أنها مرتبطة باليمين المتطرف.[7]

في يونيو 2016، سكب هاسيل سائل تنظيم ورشه على على صحفي في تي ڤي 3. حُكم عليه بالسجن ستة أشهر وغرامة قدرها 12150 يورو في يونيو 2020.[8] وفي الشهر نفسه، حكم عليه بالسجن سنتين وغرامة قدرها 2500 يورو بتهمة الاعتداء وإعاقة سير العدالة، وذلك لركله وتهديده شاهدًا في محاكمة أكتوبر 2017 بشأن تمت تبرئة رجل شرطة في النهاية من الاعتداء على قاصر، متهماً إياه بالشهادة الزور.[9] تم تأكيد هذا الحكم في عام 2021، بعد أيام من سجنه.[24]

في مارس 2018، حُكم على هاسيل بالسجن سنتين بتهمة الإشادة بجماعة گراپو الإرهابية وإهانة الملك خوان كارلوس الأول على تويتر.[11] في أوائل 2021، أُمر بدخول السجن طواعية لقضاء عقوبة تسعة أشهر لهذه الإدانة. رفض هاسيل هذا الأمر علانية،[25] وألقي القبض عليها في النهاية يوم 16 فبراير بعد أن احتجز نفسه في جامعة ليدا.[26] حازت الدعوة لإطلاق سراح هاسيل تأييد منظمة العفو الدولية ورسالة موقعة من 300 فنان إسپاني من بينهم پيدرو ألمودوڤار و خاڤيير باردم.[27] أدى سجن هاسيل إلى اندلاع الاحتجاجات التي تضمنت آلاف الأشخاص في مدن منها بالنسية، مدريد وبرشلونة.[28]

في 23 فبراير 2021، بحسب الشرطة، شارك نحو 700 شخص معظمهم من الشباب في المسيرة بقيادة منظمة سي دي آر الانفصالية التي تدعو لانفصال قطالونيا عن إسپانيا. وذكرت صحيفتا لا فانجارديا وإل بريوديكو أنه كما في الليلة السابقة، لم تكن هناك أعمال شغب عنيفة، لكن مقاطع ڤيديو أظهرت بعض عناصر الشرطة يتعرضون للرشق بالزجاجات أمام مقر الشرطة. ولم تنطلق المظاهرات للمطالبة بحرية التعبير فحسب، حيث يشارك الكثير من الشباب الإسپان لإظهار سخطهم إزاء ارتفاع معدل البطالة والتداعيات الاقتصادية لجائحة ڤيروس كورونا. ومنذ بداية الاحتجاجات، تم اعتقال 106 أشخاص في برشلونة بينهم 32 قاصراً. وأصيب 82 شرطياً والكثير من المتظاهرين.[29]
