ولدت في 10 يوليو 1993 ، [3] لأبوين ديبورا "ديبي" دافي وألكسندر إدواردز ، اللذين انفصلا عندما كانت صغيرة وتزوجا مرة أخرى. نشأت إدواردز في منطقة وايتليز في ساوث شيلدز ، تاين ووير. إلى جانب شقيقها المسمى جوني إدواردز وأختها غير الشقيقة المسماة كيتلين إدواردز. هي من أصول إنجليزية ، اسكتلندية ، إيرلندية ، سويدية.
