المقبرة KV21، تقع في وادي الملوك، مصر. تحتوي على مومياء امرأتين، يعتقد أنهما ملكتان من الأسرة الثامنة عشر. عام 2010، قام فريق بقيادة زاهي حواس (رئيس المجلس الأعلى للآثار في ذلك الوقت) ويتضمن عالم الوراثة كارستن پوش وآخرين باستخدام دليل الدنا لتحديد هوية إحدى المومياوات بأنها الأم البيولوجية للجنينين المحفوظين في مقبرة الملك توت عنخ أمون.[1]
اكتشفها جوڤاني بلتسوني عام 1817. وصف بلتسوني كيف نُزع الشعر بسهولة عن إحدى المومياوات أثناء قيامه بسحبها.[2]
