أهـِمسا (بالسنسكريتية: अहिंसाcode: sa is deprecated ; IAST: ahiṃsā, Pāli: avihiṃsā؛ إنگليزية: Ahimsacode: en is deprecated ) هو مبدأ الإمتناع عن أذى أي مخلوق سواء كائن حي أو جماد وذلك في عقيدة الجانتيين الهندية القديمة.
