يان أرنولدوس سخوتن (Jan Arnoldus Schouten ؛ 28 أغسطس 1883 – 20 يناير 1971) كان عالم رياضيات هولندي وأستاذ في جامعة دلفت للتكنولوجيا. وكان مساهماً هاماً في تطوير حسبان الموترات و حسبان ريتشي، وكان أحد مؤسسي Mathematisch Centrum في أمستردام.
