محافظة رازگراد (بالبلغارية: Област Разград (Oblast Razgrad؛ إنگليزية: Razgrad Province)، اسمها السابق كان اُكروگ رازگراد) هي محافظة في شمال شرق بلغاريا، وهي جغرافياً جزء من منطقة لودوگوريه. وهي مسماة على اسم المركز الاداري والصناعي - بلدة رازگراد. وفي ديسمبر 2009، بلغ تعداد المحافظة الإجمالي 132,740 نسمة[2][3][4] على مساحة 2,639.7 كم²[1] وتنقسم إلى 7 بلديات.

The Razgrad province had a population of 152,417 according to a 2001 census, of which 49.2% were male and 50.8% were female.[8] As of the end of 2009, the population of the province, announced by the Bulgarian National Statistical Institute, numbered 132,740[2] of which 23.1% are inhabitants aged over 60 years.[9]

The following table represents the change of the population in the province بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية. Since 1992 the former municipality of Senovo has been detached from the Razgrad Province and the numbers in the table reflect this separation:
