مارثا گرام (11 مايو، 1894 – 1 أبريل، 1991)، هي راقصة معاصرة وعالمة موسيقى شعوب أمريكية. أسلوبها، تقنية گرام، أعادت صياغة الرقص الأمريكي ولا تزال تدرس في جميع أنحاء العالم.[1]

قامت بالرقص ودراسة موسيقى الشعوب لأكثر من سبعين عام. وكانت گرام أول من رقص في البيت الأبيض، سافرت للخارج كسفيرة ثقافية، وحصلت على أعلى الجوائز المدنية الأمريكية: وسام الحرية الرئاسي. في حياتها حصلت على تكريمات بدءاً من مفتاح المدينة من باريس حتى وسام التاج النفيس الامبراطوري الياباني. قالت، في فيلم وثائقي عام 1994 لقد قضيت كل حياتي مع الرقص وكراقصة. فالرقص يسمح لك بأن تستفيد من جميع قدراتك ومهاراتك لأقصى حد ممكن. فهو في بعض الأحيان ليس بالأمر الممتع. وفي بعض الأحيان الأخرى يكون مخيفًا. إلا إنه مع ذلك أمر حتمي لا مفر منه.
