ببغاء محلق الرقبة أسترالي ( Australian ringneck ؛ الاسم العلمي: Barnardius zonarius ) هو ببغاء يعيش في أستراليا، سميت كذلك لأن صوت ندائها كأنه يقول "تونتي إيت" أي 28. وهذا الببغاء لونه يميل الى الخضرة وهو ذو عنق أصفر ورأس داكن اللون به غرة حمراء في مقدمة الرأس. يوجد هذا النوع من الطيور في الجزء الجنوبي من غربي أستراليا فقط. وتوجد أنواع فرعية منه في أجزاء أخرى من أستراليا وتحمل الاسم العام ببغاواتبورت لنكولن.

Identification: The yellow belly, lighter green colour and lack of red band distinguishes it from the mallee ringneck. | Found from the Lake Eyre basin in the Northern Territory to the Gulf Country of northwestern Queensland, from Burketown south to Boulia, with Kynuna and Camooweel as eastern and western limits respectively.[4] |
