طبلة الأذن eardrum، هي غشاء يفصل الأذن الخارجية عن الأذن الوسطى. وهو يهتز استجابة للأمواج الصوتية، وهذه الاهتزازات تنتقل إلى عظيمات الأذن الوسطى، والتي تنقلها إلى العصب السمعي.[1]
