نظام كانگچو

نظام كانگچو أو كانغشو Kangchu system هو نظام اجتماعي اقتصادي للتنظيم والإدارة تم تطويره من قبل المزارعين الصينيين المستوطنين في جوهور الماليزية خلال القرن التاسع عشر ميلادي حيث قام المستوطنون بتنظيم أنفسهم في اتحادات غير رسمية مشابهة لمنظمات كونگسي في مجتمعات الصين ويختاروا قائداً من أنفسهم.
