About Tawakkalna:
As the Saudi Arabian Government is keen to preserve the health and safety of citizens and residents within its soil from the risk of the spread of novel coronavirus; The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) developed Tawakkalna App in order to support government efforts aimed at countering Covid-19.
Tawakkalna App was developed to facilitate the issuance of movement permits electronically during the curfew period for government and private sector employees, as well as individuals, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and all relevant authorities during the curfew, thus helping to reduce the spread of the pandemic in the Kingdom.
Tawakkalna helps individuals, security, health and private entities, that are exempted from the curfew, to automatize all transactions between relevant parties in order to mitigate the health, economic and social impacts that may result from the implementation of policies taken to eliminate the spread of Covid-19.
Now, as we cautiously return to normal life, Tawakkalna is helping in this phase by new services such as showing Users’ health condition and other services.
What's the Tawakkalna app used for:
At the beginning of the pandemic, curfews were introduced across Saudi Arabia to curb the spread of COVID-19.
To keep the Kingdom moving, the Tawakkalna app was introduced so that permits could be issued electronically for key workers such as government and private sector employees, as well as individuals needing to access essential services such as grocery stores.
While the need for curfews is (thankfully) long gone, Tawakkalna remains, and the app is now used to quickly show your vaccine or immunity status, bookings, and access to other digital documents.
The app also tells users whether or not they are eligible for the next.
What's the benefit of Tawakkalna app?
The Tawakkalna application is an application approved by the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to limit the spread of the Corona virus (Covid 19), and the application was developed by the National Information Center, and the benefit of the application is as follows:
Provide immediate and direct information on the number of coronavirus cases in the Kingdom.
It also helps in the early detection of suspicious cases in the event that symptoms of Corona appear in the user.
It also allows citizens and residents to request an emergency exit permit during the curfew imposed in some cities and neighborhoods due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Follow up on exit requests during the curfew.
And alert users if they approach affected or isolated areas due to the epidemic within them.
Through the application, suspected cases of coronavirus can be reported to help individuals obtain necessary medical care for themselves or others.
Tawakkalna Services During “Cautiously We Return”
Covid-19 Vaccine:
A feature that enables users to book a COVID-19 vaccine appointment after confirming their eligibility.
PoA Preview:
A feature that enables users to preview their power of attorney (PoA) registered in the Ministry of Justice’s system.
Mobile Number Verification:
A feature that enables verifying the mobile number of dependents, sponsored, or any other user in Tawakkalna.
National Address:
A feature that allows users to add, update, and print their Saudi Post registered national address.
Previewing medical, civil affairs, and passports appointments:
This feature allows users to preview their Ministry of Justice appointments that are related to their ID number, as well as appointment details.
Tawakkalna Services During the Curfew
Violations of Another Person Service:
This service helps citizens and residents that could not register or not access Tawakkalna to view their violation tickets on someone else Tawakkalna account. To view a violation ticket, you need to have the ID number of the person, their date of birth, and the violation ticket number.
Request movement permits electronically:
for necessary supplies during the curfew period through the application, so that applications are processed automatically.
Showing the user's “QR” code for the security man:
to speeding up the checking and traffic process for citizens and residents.

3-You would receive a verification code on your mobile number registered in Abshe
4-Locate your exact location on the map and answer health questions
5-Identify the sponsorees and dependents in the same place of your residence (Family – Domestic workers)
About privacy and security in this application:
The general policy of the program is to save the personal information of the citizen and facilitate most of the government procedures and when traveling to protect and facilitate entry to other countries without the use of papers and comfort in wandering and show the importance And show the marital status, age, academic level and job if any while maintaining complete privacy and not being able to enter through the account except in the presence of the civil registry of the person and each person registered.
