Recently, I read the plot of One Piece 1140 on Manga RAW. I never expected that at this stage of the story, a character from Roger’s era would appear. In the story, he is described as a man on par with Roger and Rayleigh, and even referred to as the left hand of the Pirate King. Manga RAW updates so quickly that I can always read the latest developments.
