The current monarch of the United Kingdom and related commonwealth nations is King Charles III. This template exists to enable updating many pages at once, so that on the death of the current monarch, the new monarch can be added here, rather than to each of the many other pages individually.

Usage

This template can be called using the generic terms (name, title), or by the specific (Charles III, King), to make reading of the wikitext easier at the article. (Eg: The current {{Current Belizean monarch|King}} of Belize is {{Current Belizean monarch|King|Charles III}}.)
