This template contains the colour of each line of the Beijing Subway. This way, the colour of each line is only stored in one place. Therefore, in order to change the colour of a line in the hundreds of articles where the line is mentioned, all that needs to be done is to change it here. For Beijing Suburban Railway lines, see Module:Adjacent stations/Beijing Suburban Railway.

This is particularly important because the Beijing Subway authority often changes the colour of certain lines. Without this template, hundreds of articles would have to be modified each time this happens.

 Usage

This template can be used to call the color of Beijing Subway routes. The following are included in this template.

In order to call a line's color, the code #{{BJS color|line}} is used (where line is replaced by the actual line number or name). Note that this template is not case sensitive: i.e. {{BJS color|S1}} produces the same result as {{BJS color|s1}}.

The current colour codes follow the Pantone codes in Beijing Local Standard DB11/T657.2-2015《公共交通客运标志第2部分：城市轨道交通 (see zh:Template:北京地铁颜色).
