جورج ريتشاردز مينو (George Richards Minot)، (ولد في 2 ديسمبر 1885 وتوفي في 25 فبراير 1950) كان طبيباً أمريكياً، حصل على جائزة نوبل في الفسيولوجيا أو الطب لعام 1934 مع Wوليام پ. مرفي وجورج وپل لعملهم في دراسة الأنميا.
