الصفقة الجديدة الخضراء Green New Deal (اختصاراً GND)[1][2] هو برنامج محفز اقتصادي مقترح[3] في الولايات المتحدة يهدف إلى معالجة اللا مساواة الاقتصادية وتغير المناخ. يشير الاسم إلى الصفقة الجديدة، مزيج بين الإصلاح الإجتماعي والاقتصادي ومشروعات الأشغال العامة التي باشرها الرئيس فرانكلين روزڤلت استجابة للكساد الكبير.[4] يدافع أنصار "الصفقة الخضراء الجديدة" عن مزيج من منهجية روزڤلت الاقتصادية والأفكار الحديثة مثل الطاقة المتجددة وكفاءة الموارد.[5]

كان أول استخدام لمصطلح الصفقة الجديدة الخضراء بواسطة الصحفي توماس ل. فريدمان.[6] روج للفكرة في مقالتين نشرتا في صحفية نيويورك تايمز ومجلة ذا نيويورك تايمز.[7][8] في يناير 2007، كتب فريدمان:
