كليوپاترا سليني (باليونانية: Κλεοπάτρα Σελήνηcode: grc is deprecated ؛ قالب:ح. – 69 ق.م.)، كانت ملكة لسوريا باسم كليوپاترا سليني الثانية (83-69 ق.م.). كانت ابنة پطليموس الثامن من مصر من زوجته كليوپاترا الثالثة. كانت كليوپاترا سليني الابنة المفضلة لدى والدتها وأصبحت بيدق في المناوارات السياسية لكليوپاترا الثالثة. عام 115، أصبحت كليوپاترا سليني ملكة لمصر عندما تزوجت من شقيقه الملك پطليموس التاسع بواسطة كليوپاترا الثالثة كبديلة لكليوپاترا الرابعة القوية، التي كانت أيضاً ابنة كليوپاترا الثالثة. زادت التوترات بين الملك ووالدته وانتهت بطرد پطليموس التاسع من مصر، تاركاً كليوپاترا سيليني وراءه؛ التي من المرجح أنها تزوجت بعد ذلك من الملك الجديد، پطليموس العاشر.

عام 103، قررت كليوپاترا الثالثة اقامة تحالف مع أنطيوخس الثامن من سوريا السلوقية؛ أُرسلت كليوپاترا سليني إلى هناك كعروس له وظلت معه حتى اغتياله عام 96 ق.م. الآن، قررت الملكة الأرملة الزواج من شقيق زوجها، أنطيوخس التاسع، لكنها فقدت زوجها الجديد عام 95 ق.م. بعدها تزوجت من ابن زوجها أنطيوخس التاسع، أنطيوخس العاشر؛ وكانت آخر زيجات كليوپاترا سليني. اختفى أنطيوخس العاشر من السجلات ويفترض أنه توفى عام 92 ق.م؛ واختفت كليوپاترا سليني في مكان ما بسوريا برفقة أطفالها حتى عمام 83 ق.م. عندما أصبحت العروش السلوقية في أنطاكية، تحت حكم فيليپ الأول، ودمشق، تحت حكم أنطيوخس الثاني عشر، شاغرة.

أنجبت كليوپاترا سليني الكثير من الأ،جال من أزواجها المختلفين. عام 83 ق.م، أعلنت أنطيوخس الثالث عشر، ابنها من أنطيوخس العاشر، ملكاً، ويبدو أنها أعلنت نفسها حاكمة-مشتركة للعرش. لكن شعوب أنطاكية ودمشق، الذين أنهكتهم الحروب الأهلية السلوقية، دعوا الملوك الأجانب لحكمهم: تيگرانس الثالث من مملكة أرمنيا تولى أنطاكية، بينما أرتاس الثالث من نبطيا تولى حكم دمشق. سيطرة كليوپاترا سليني على عدد مختلف من البلدات الساحلية حتى عام 69 ق.م، عمدما حاصرها تيگرانس في پطلوميس؛ وقام الملك الأرمني بأسر الملكة واعدامها لاحقاً.
