مارثا بياتريس وب، بارونة پاس‌فيلد FBA, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , (قبل الزواج پوتر؛ 22 يناير 1858 – 30 أبريل 1943)، هي عالمة اجتماع، اقتصادية، اشتراكية، مؤرخة عمال واصلاحية اجتماعية إنگليزية. وهي التي صاغت مصطلح "المفاوضة المشتركة". كانت من بين مؤسسي مدرسة لندن للاقتصاد ولعبت دوراً محورياً في تشكيل الجمعية الفابية.
