ڤرخوڤنا رادا (أوكرانية: Верхо́вна Ра́да Украї́ниcode: uk is deprecated ، الاختصار الأوكراني ВРУ؛ حرفياً المجلس الأعلى لأوكرانيا)، وكثيراً ما يُختصر إلى رادا،^[5] هو البرلمان الأوكراني. البرلمان الأوكراني هو برلمان من غرفة واحدة تتألف من 450 نائبا ، والتي يرأسها رئيس (اللغة). تجتمع في مبنى البرلمان الأوكراني في كييف عاصمة أوكرانيا.

تأسست أول برلمان في عام 1938 والبرلمان الوطني لجمهورية أوكرانيا الاشتراكية السوفياتية بعد إعادة تنظيم اللجنة التنفيذية المركزية لجمهورية أوكرانيا الاشتراكية السوڤيتية. ومنذ ذلك الحين ، عقدت 17 الاستدعاءات (دورات) من البرلمان الأوكراني. البرلمان الأوكراني لدعوة 14 رسميا تغيير ترقيم الدورات، وتعلن عن نفسها في البرلمان الأوكراني من الدعوة الثالثة. الدعوة السادسة هي آخر دعوة من البرلمان.

Ukraine was accepted as a full member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) in 1995.

It is represented there by the parliamentary delegation of the Verkhovna Rada consisting of 12 representatives including a chairperson of the delegation, a vice-chairperson and their 12 substitutes; in total, 24 members. The Ukrainian delegation also has its own permanent secretariat of four members that assist in the inter-parliamentary relationships between the PACE and the Verkhovna Rada.
