الفراشة ذات الخصلات فصيلة من الفراشات . ليرقاتها خصلات من الشعر على طول الظهر. وهذه الخصلات تكون غالبًا ذات ألوان زاهية، كما يمكن أن تكون لليساريع خطوط مميزة على ظهرها؛ ولكن الفراشات المكتملة النمو تكون ذات ألوان معتمة.

 الفراشة الغجرية والفراشة ذات الذيل البني

نوعان من الفراشات الأوروبية التي نقلت إلى أمريكا الشمالية. وقد ألحقت يساريعها تلفاً جسيماً بالأشجار في ولاية نيوإنجلاند بالولايات المتحدة، وتسبب تلَفاً بالغاً بالتهامها أوراق الأشجار ذات الأوراق العريضة. وكثيرًا ماتدمر هذه اليساريع بساتين الفاكهة وغابات بأكملها. وقد وُجد أن إحدى وسائل السيطرة على هذه الفراشات هي استيراد الخنافس التي تأكل يساريعها.
