السائل الزليلي

السائل الزليلي Synovial fluid، هو سائل يماثل بياض البيض الخام، تفرزه لمحفطة الزليلية المحيطة بمفصل الركبة. ويغذى السائل الزليلي سطوح المفاصل ويقلل الاحتكاك بينها. وقد تفرز المحفظة الزليلية عند إصابتها كمية من السائل أكثر مما ينبغي. وفي بعض الأحيان يسمى هذا السائل الفائض ماء الركبة.
