ابراهيم روگوڤا Ibrahim Rugova (2''' ديسمبر 1944 - 21 يناير 2006)، سياسي ألباني مسلم. عين رئيساً لكوسوفو كان أول رئيس لها، كما إنه قائد حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي الألباني وهو حزب الأغلبية بها خلال حرب الألبان مع الصرب لنيل أستقلال بلدهم، وهو ما حدث بعد وفاته بسنتين بعام 2008. كان يعتبر بمثابة قائد للأمة وأطلق عليه الألبان "أبا الشعب".

حصل روجوفا على جائزة سخاروف لحرية الفكر من البرلمان الأوروبي سنة 1998.

a.	^ Kosovo is the subject of a territorial dispute between Serbia and the local Albanian majority. The Assembly of Kosovo declared its independence on 17 February 2008, a move that is recognised and the Republic of China (Taiwan), but not by Serbia, which claims it as part of its sovereign territory.
