English: This diagram illustrates the difference between standard and nested tee hangars. The airplane silhouette is a Cessna 172 Skyhawk, drawn to scale. Each hangar outside wall is 40 ft long and airplane wingspan is 36 ft. Green shading represents one hangar module. Odd-shaped sections at ends of assemblies are optional: They may be omitted or filled in as storage, office or shop space. |
