| Description |
English: The Osborne County Courthouse is a finalist for the 8 Wonders of Kansas Architecture because it is a shining example of the Richardsonian Romanesque style courthouses of Kansas, renowned for the originality of its decorative interior. The courthouse was designed by the renowned architect firm of Holland & Squires of Topeka. Senior partner James C. Holland served as Kansas State Architect in 1895-1898. The building was completed in 1908 for just over $54,000 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
