Description Caricature of Mr. John Loraine Baldwin (1809 - 1896), cricket and sporting rules enthusiast. Caption read "I Zingari". He was a co-founder of the I Zingari cricket club in 1845, wrote the first standardized rules for badminton in 1868, and edited "The Laws of Short Whist" of 1864.
