DescriptionCarl Erik Mannerheim.jpg	English: Carl Erik Mannerheim (1759–1837) was a Finnish-Swedish soldier and a statesman. He is considered "one of the founders of the State of Finland". Mannerheim was the first Vice-chairman of the Economic Division (effectively Finland's first Prime Minister) of the Senate of Finland.
