English: Osaka Castle and tower (Tensho period). Depicted on the right is the Siege of Osaka Castle. The painting is used as a model for the exterior design of the existing Osaka Castle reconstruction tower (Osaka Castle castle tower, 1928). It features a black paint that is different from the current white wall.
