فردريك سانگر (Frederick Sanger) (و. 19 اغسطس، 1918، هو عالم كيمياء حيوية بريطاني تحصل مرتين على جائزة نوبل في الكيمياء وذلك سنة 1958 و 1980 و رابع شخص في العالم يقوم بهذا الإنجاز .
قام بوضع طريقة تقطيع الحمض النووي (DNA sequencing) مما يسمح بقراءة الجينات .
