English: In August 1955, violent fire broke out in Refrigerator Minas Gerais SA (Frimisa). The Frimisa was situated in the municipality of Santa Luzia. After verifying the losses from this disaster, the fridge has taken steps that put her as a pioneer of prevention policies.
