جورجية

الجورجية Georgism (أو بالاقتصاد الجورجي)، هي فلسفة اقتصادية تؤمن بأن القيمة الاقتصادية المستمدة من الموارد والفرص الطبيعية ينبغي توزيعها بالتساوي على جميع أفراد المجتمع، فيما عدا الأشخاص الذين يملكون القيمة التي أنشؤوها.[1][2][3] يقدم النموذج الجورجي حلولاً للمشكلات الاجتماعية والبيئية، معتمدة على مبائ حقوق الأرض والمالية العامة والتي تحاول دمج الكفاءة الاقتصادية والعدالة الاجتماعية.[4][5]

الجورجية معنية بالتوزيع العادل للريع الاقتصادي الناجم عن الاحتكارات الطبيعية، التلوث، ويشمل سند ملكية الموارد الطبيعية والامتيازات الخلاقة الأخرى (مثل الملكية الفكرية). أي موارد طبيعية، والتي تقتصر بطبيعتها على المخزون، يمكن أن تولد ريع اقتصادي، لكن الأمثلة الكلاسيكية والأكثر أهمية لاحتكار الأراضي تنطوي على استخلاص الدخل العقاري من قيمة الأماكن الحضرية والزراعية.
